Sam Horsell Pilates offers reformer pilates fitness sessions out of metro Detroit, MI.
Pilates is a low-impact (yet super effective) exercise that can improve your mobility and elevate your happiness, health, strength, and appearance.
But I'm all about fitness that fulfills you — whatever that means for you personally. So if you’re simply working out so that you can eat nachos later tonight, guilt-free, that’s cool too.
Our full-body workouts are inclusive to all ages and genders (yes, men too!).
And while we love our athletic clients, we also embrace those who are recovering from injury, are prenatal or postnatal, or have just been out of the workout game for a while (happens to the best of us).
We also offer modifications so that each workout can be tailored to your abilities.

And I'm soon-to-be your favorite Pilates instructor 😉
- I started Pilates fifteen years ago, and one of my early goals was to lift my 15 lb pom up a four-story NYC walk-up (true story!).
- Over time, I leveled up my goals and expertise, and ultimately became comprehensively certified.
- Throughout my Pilates journey, I realized how much instructors could impact the workout experience. That’s why my classes are designed to be enjoyed.
- My classes and sessions are meant to feel like a haven. Like something amazing that you do for yourself, because it makes you feel good. Ultimately, that’s what it’s all about — fitness that fulfills you.
